Courtney recounts her daughter’s time at The Renfrew Center ( https://renfrewcenter.com/) well as her young, toxic marriage and subsequent inpatient hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment at Hopeway (https://hopeway.org/) in Charlotte, NC.

Courtney also talks about how she has learned from her daughter how to manage her own mental health.
